Careers at Priority Garage Doors
We’re growing across Ontario and looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our team. Send us your details below and a member of our hiring team will follow up.
Why work with us
Hands-on experience
Real projects for real customers across Ontario from your first week — not shadowing, not a sandbox.
Training and development
Structured onboarding, mentoring and paid time to learn. If you want a new skill, we would rather teach it than hire around it.
A team that backs you
You’ll work next to people who actually answer your questions — not the ones who make you feel bad for asking. Nobody figures it out alone here.
Room to grow
Start entry level and move toward more responsibility in the field, the office, sales, operations or management.
Safety and support
Proper equipment, clear procedures and the training to use both. We would rather lose an hour than a finger.
Careers beyond the trade
Skilled trades and field service sit next to sales, marketing, design, analytics and administration. One company, many kinds of work.
Day to day
Your day depends on the seat you take. What stays the same: live projects, real customers, and work you can point at when it is finished.
Visit customers, diagnose the problem, complete the repair or installation, and leave a door that works better than the one you found. Tools and van provided.
Talk with customers, coordinate appointments, follow up on leads and help people choose the option that actually suits their home and budget.
Real projects. Real customers. Real experience.
JOIN THE TEAM
Run pre-booked consultations with homeowners and property managers, scope the job on site, quote it and close it. Marketing keeps the calendar full, so the day is about conversations, not cold calls.
Own paid search, local listings and review generation across four cities. You decide where the next ad dollar goes and you see the leads it produces the same week.
Design the booking flow, the quote pages and the internal dispatch tools our crews use every day. Small team, short feedback loop, real users you can call on the phone.
Turn job, route and lead data into decisions: which cities to staff, which campaigns pay for themselves, where a crew loses an hour a day. You report straight to the operations lead.
Diagnose and repair springs, openers and tracks on service calls, and install new doors with a two-person crew. Company van, tools and uniform provided, drive time paid.
Where We Work
Tell us who you are, what you have done and the kind of role you are after. Four minutes, no cover letter.
A person reads it and looks for the opening that matches your skills — including ones not posted yet.
A conversation with the people you would work beside, at the shop or on a call.
Offer, onboarding and training, with a clear plan for your first month.
Questions
Most candidates go from application to offer in about a week: a phone conversation within two business days, a team interview, a working day or task, then a decision.
Tell us which languages you're comfortable using with customers on the job
Yes. We take students and career changers for seasonal field work, marketing support and analytics internships. Say so in the application and we will match you to something that fits your schedule.
A posted base or hourly rate, overtime after 44 hours for field roles, health and dental coverage after three months, a boot and equipment allowance, and a referral bonus each time you bring us someone we hire.
For field roles, no. New technicians spend two paid weeks beside a lead and stay on ride-alongs until running a job feels routine. Office, design and analytics roles do expect experience in that craft, not in doors.
